About Rich Mithoff, CEO
With a solid foundation in geography from my bachelor’s degree, I began my career in GIS mapping, later transitioning into mortgage lending and then serving as a sales manager at an internet marketing agency. These experiences broadened my skill set, but my true passion has always been business mapping.
Since 2009, I’ve worked closely with a wide range of franchise brands, helping them identify and building optimal territories for their brand and candidates. Now, as a franchise consultant, I leverage my market analysis expertise and franchise insider knowledge to match clients with the most suitable franchise opportunities, setting them up for long-term success.
About Gail Mithoff, COO
After completing my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in education, I dedicated over two decades to elementary education. As time went on, the limitations of the educational field prompted me to seek more control and flexibility in my career just like many of the clients I work with today. I decided to leave education and obtained my personal lines insurance license, then worked in the insurance industry. My meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities enable me to effectively engage with my franchise clients and support them throughout the process.
Building and supporting relationships with our clients and brands is a top priority for me. I also manage the social media and marketing for Atlas Franchise Advisors, ensuring our message reaches the right people and helps aspiring business owners find the best franchise opportunities.
